This presentation was the first I saw on TED.com.
It is a remarkably dynamic presentation on statistics - but not as we know it.
It shows the changing nature of statistics over the years.

This one is a bit shorter and it is on the fascinating diversity of creatures in the sea.
The kicker is in the last minute - it's jaw-dropping, so persist.

I anticipate putting the collection of useful resources in this blog.
I hope to add a short description which might be helpful.

First one: the TED them of "How the Mind Works".
TED videos are usually good value and this collection on the brain and how it might work will be useful to most teachers of psychology.
